Yoga creates stillness. Yoga supports concentration, behavioral skills and processing through the clutter of life. It gives us a chance to slow down, reflect, get out of your head and into your body.

Yoga establishes Resilience. Yoga supports self regulation, sensory skills and the ability to process and work through strong emotions with intention. Yoga assists in the process of letting go. It honors our relationship within and empowers us to take control of our overall health.

Yoga goes beyond the mat and has the ability to support all of this holistically.

We have a variety of yoga styles available and focus on positive health conversations, mindfulness and breathing techniques in all classes.

Class Delivery Options

  • Private 1:1 sessions with the class style of your choice! These sessions give you the opportunity to deepen your own practice and get a hands on informative approach tailored to you. The ultimate goal is to give you confidence and awareness in your practice to continue to cultivate independently.

  • Get your pals together and practice your style of yoga! These sessions are tailored to everyone in the groups abilities with different variations of poses to choose from. Challenging, fun and extremely rewarding! Motivate each other whilst gaining more confidence in your practice.

  • Do you have a studio and are interested in the classes we deliver?We believe in being accessible and flexible to meet the needs of our community.

    Get in contact if you would like a workshop delivered in your studio or a short term program delivered to deepen your yogis practice.
